CRAMPY CREW

In this 2023 design studio assignment, the objective was to create a digital artefact and brand guideline that would provoke social change. My concept, Crampy Crew, is an Instagram page dedicated to educating people about endometriosis and challenging the stigma surrounding this often misunderstood condition.

Crampy Crew aims to be more than just an information hub; it aspires to build a supportive community for those struggling with endometriosis. By fostering open discussions and raising awareness about menstrual pain, Crampy Crew encourages individuals to seek help and not suffer in silence. Additionally, the platform promotes the use of period products that are environmentally friendly and better for women's health.

Through engaging content and a strong community focus, Crampy Crew strives to ignite conversation, provide education, and inspire positive change in how society perceives and deals with endometriosis.
